What are Avatars? Avatars are the small pictures in the left column of the message board posts. many members use these to show their bike, themselves, or simply some funny cartoon. Use this for whatever you like, but we do ask that they be tasteful and G-Rated. To upload a profile picture, go to your forum profile update page located here: Near the bottom is the area where you would either upload or link to your Avatar picture. The maximum size for avatars is 130 pixels by 130 pixels. They can be smaller if desired, but not larger. The file size should be 39 KB or less. If you have a favorite picture, but do not have the tools or knowledge to resize it, I would like to suggest this free online picture resizer: http://www.resize2mail.com/?option=advanced Advanced Users: Avatars can be in animated gif format as long as they do not exceed the 130pixel / 39Kb limits.
