Vibration Numbing Hands

If your bike is making your hands numb, then it is likely that one of your carb slides needs inspecting. Generally, the Venture is less smooth than many of the smaller inline fours, although I almost never think about that in regular driving. If it is noticeably annoying, then I would suspect: Carb balance (which would detect any carb slide problem) Plugs, or plug caps. Valve clearances (a 2% likelyhood, the valve clearances have been checked, but have always been "in tolerance" on mine). .........Scott MacMartin
