Carburetor Slide/Diaphragm Kits

To any and all interested parties:
I am selling OEM carb diaphragm/slides to fit all Yamaha Ventures and VMaxes. They are @ $62 each plus tax. Email or phone (310) 325-6388, fax (310) 539-4630.

There are 4 carbs and, therefore, 4 carb diaphragm/slides. You should first look at them. They all may or may not need replacement. The tops of the carburetors are held on with 4 screws, one which is a Torx safety screw per EPA mandate to make it more difficult for shade tree mechanics the change.
You can either but the special tool at an auto parts store for about $10 or carefully use a vice grip or equivalent to remove the screw. Replace it with a conventional pan head screw for about 5 cents. It is wise to rebalance the carbs after replacing even one of the diaphragms. Steve
